Our Core Values

There were whispers of the death of the standard 9 to 5 pre-pandemic. Now that we are seven months in, the standard workday has been turned completely upside down. Many companies realized their workforce can shift remote without a negative effect on the bottomline. On the flip side, some companies are expecting employees to be available 24/7 because they are working from home.

Add to that school closures and lack of childcare, working moms are especially hard hit. In fact, according to CNBC, over 860,000 women left the workforce in September. To say that this will hurt women, families, communities and businesses in the long term is an understatement.  This pandemic has brought to the forefront things that have been under the surface for a long time. At Crown and Hudson, we are excited to build our core values around the idea that people are more than their working hours. We work towards that every day by being dedicated to the following:

  1. Expertise -  We constantly up our game.  Today it’s not only about getting your foot in the digital door, but ensuring that you can stay grounded in your foundational digital marketing knowledge and skill set.  Businesses and professionals taking pride in growth within their fields of expertise are ahead of the curve and are looked at for innovation and guidance.

  2. Diversity In Thought, Team, and Leadership - We keep this principle at the heart of everything we do.  Smart and successful businesses know the value of different perspectives and experience.  Companies that engage in diversified employees, thought processes, and leadership are able to bring inclusion and success. Because no two people will get to the same answer in the same way, utilizing members from all different walks of life will drive a broad spectrum of insight and new ways to achieve business goals.

  3. Constant Curiosity - A dedication to curiosity is vital in digital marketing. True growth in business and development consists of an urge for knowledge and understanding.  The best of companies will continue to explore and resist stagnation.  Innovative companies will ask “Why?” and “How?” and will strive to find the answers, solutions, and then some.

  4. Accountability - One of the most fundamental ideals of a healthy and strong work culture is accountability.  Leadership and team members who are accountable for themselves and their work are proud and display hardwork and dedication.  A strong sense of accountability will build trust not only within a company, but with clients and within the community as well.

We are excited to build a company that uses these four guiding principles in everything we do. The future is begging for new ideas, thoughts and perspectives, and we can’t wait to see what those new perspectives bring.
